Ma version des 5 Accords Toltèques plus deux

Ceci est une version modifiée des 5 Accords Toltèques auxquels j’ai ajouté deux autres que je considérais constructifs.

En 2012 j’ai présenté ma version des accords à l’auteur original des livres “Les quatre accords toltèques” et “Le cinquième accord” Don Miguel Ruiz et je garde son approbation écrite et signée dans mon tiroir.

Il ne s’agit pas ici des principes moraux par lesquels nous pourrions nous juger nous-mêmes ou provoquer du stress, de la culpabilité ou de la frustration. Le faire serait précisément aller contre nous-mêmes selon les mêmes principes.

Ce ne sont même pas des principes de liberté en tant qu’état, sinon de libération en tant que processus. Ceci n’est pas non plus un outil pour reprocher aux autres à quel point ils sont imparfaits. Ces principes sont des repères et non pas des entraves.

On réussit progressivement à appliquer ces principes avec légèreté, compassion et patience. En contraste avec certaines règles ou principes moraux, le but de ces principes-ci n’est pas de mieux nous comporter, mais de mieux nous sentir, de lâcher-prise des fardeaux qui nous empêchent de jouir de notre vie au maximum en qualité et en quantité.

1— Ma parole sera toujours impeccable 

Je parlerai avec intégrité, je dirai juste ce que je pense. Je n’utiliserai pas la parole contre moi-même, ni pour médire sur autrui. J’utiliserai le pouvoir de la parole en fonction de la vérité, l’amour, la joie et la vie.

2— Quoi qu’il arrive, je ne réagirai à rien de façon personnelle ni trop gravement

Ce que les autres disent et font n’est qu’une projection de leur propre réalité, de leur rêve. Lorsque je suis immunisé contre cela, je ne suis plus victime de souffrances inutiles.

3— J’éclaircirai toute supposition

J’aurai le courage de poser des questions pertinentes et d’exprimer mes vrais sentiments et désirs. Je communiquerai clairement avec les autres pour éviter inconforts, hésitations, malentendus, tristesses et drames. À lui seul, cet accord peut transformer ma vie.

4— Je ferai encore de mon mieux

Mon mieux change d’instant en instant. Quelles que soient les circonstances, je ferai simplement encore de mon mieux et j’éviterai de me juger, de me culpabiliser et d’avoir de remords.
En autres mots, peu importe mes erreurs, je vais me pardonner et m’aimer inconditionnellement pour mieux corriger et réparer les conséquences de mes gestes maladroits. Cet accord me permet de continuer à appliquer joyeusement et sans entraves, les autres accords malgré mes «erreurs».

5— Je resterai sceptique, mais j’apprendrai à écouter

Je ne croirais pas en mes propres pensés ni à ce que les autres disent. J’utiliserai le pouvoir du doute pour remettre en question tout ce que j’entends et pense. Est-ce certainement la vérité?

J’écouterai « avec mon cœur serein » l’intention et les besoins derrière les mots pour ainsi comprendre le vrai message.

Premier accord supplémentaire — Heureusement, je suis 100 % responsable de ma vie 

Même si je ne peux pas toujours contrôler les événements ou les comportements des autres dans ma vie, j’ai le choix de comment je réagis à ceux-là. Je peux me percevoir comme victime de gens ou des circonstances ou bien, je peux transformer tout ce que je vis en leçons pour grandir, m’épanouir, jouir de ma vie et enrichir la vie des autres.

Deuxième accord supplémentaire — Je lâcherai-prise des résultats

Je reconnais que c’est illusoire de croire que je peux contrôler tous les aspects de ma vie. Et je sais aussi que je ne suis pas vraiment conscient de tout ce dont j’ai besoin, mais que « être présent » est la voie de la joie, de la santé et de l’accomplissement.

Alors, je m’engage ici à aimer, à vivre dans la gratitude, à être heureux et à agir selon mes principes sans m’occuper du résultat final. Je m’engage à apprécier chaque moment du parcours de mon expérience humaine.

Je m’occupe de mes affaires

Il y a les affaires des autres et les affaires de Dieu (ou de la vie) dont je n’ai pas le contrôle ni la responsabilité même si je le voulais.

Me dire que les autres ou les situations et événements devrais ou auraient du être différents que comme ils se sont passé c’est perdant.

Au delà d’admettre ma responsabilité à 100% de ma vie comme dans l’accord correspondent, je lâche-prise complètement de la du jugement moral et de toute la résistance car ces derniers ne sont que des distractions et des entraves qui limitent ma joie de vivre et mon accomplissement. Comme je dirais en anglais car je ne sais pas comment l’écrire en français “bye bye the should”s and the should have’s”.

La clé de l’application efficace de ces résolutions se trouve dans la compréhension profonde du message dans son ensemble et dans la persistance en appliquant surtout le 4ème accord.

Ces principes se soutiennent mutuellement, tels les murs d’une construction, étudiez-les et assimilez les liens qu’ils ont entre eux.

Ces accords sont comme une carte routière qui nous permet d’avoir une direction définie et claire. Le véhicule est le corps, le volant est le cœur, et le combustible est l’amour inconditionnel de soi et des autres. Sans ce combustible la carte est inutile, car le véhicule n’avance pas.

Par-dessus toute autre intention, je veux que mes articles puissent communiquer le mieux possible les sens des messages.

Je suis donc ouvert et disposé à tenir compte des commentaires et suggestions quant à l’usage des mots pour atteindre mon objectif. J’ai déjà modifié le texte plusieurs fois et je le ferai encore si nécessaire.

Les cinq aveugles, l’éléphant et votre santé

Voici comment la petite histoire des cinq aveugles et l’éléphant me fait pensé à la perspective de la plupart des spécialistes de la santé. Même de ceux qui se disent holistiques.

Cinq aveugles voulaient savoir à quoi ressemblait un éléphant.

Le cornac leur permit de toucher l’animal pour s’en faire une idée.

« L’éléphant ressemble à un gros serpent », dit l’aveugle qui avait touché la trompe.

« Non, il est semblable à un chasse-mouches »,protesta celui qui tâtait l’oreille.

« Allons donc, c’est un pilier. » déclara celui qui tâtait la jambe.

Celui qui tenait la queue affirma : «  Pas du tout,c’est une corde ! »

Et celui qui palpait une défense se mit à rire :

« Etes-vous sots ! un éléphant cela ressemble à un os! »…

Fin de l’histoire en ce qui nous concerne.

Nous pouvons avoir un exemple légérement différent où au lieu d’être aveugles, ils sont trop proche de l’éléphant et sontincapables de voir l’ensemble. Imaginez aussi le regarder à travers une loupe ou un microscope. La réalité perçue est vraiment précise mais insuffisante.

Je suppose que la plupart d’entre vous avez déjà compris par où je m’en vais avec la comparaison.

Il y a déjà plus de vingt ans j’ai compris à travers beaucoup de lectures au sujet de la santé et mes observations personnelles, que les diagnostiques ou évaluations de la santé des patients au sujet d’une même condition, dépendaient de la spécialisation du médecin ou du thérapeute.

Si par exemple le spécialiste était endocrinologue verrait que la condition de santé du patient est relié à un déséquilibre hormonal, mais certains thérapeutes diraient que le problème est nutritionnel. Un autre dirait que c’est juste psychosomatique.

Il est un petit peu plus facile de trouver l’entente entre deux médecins allopathiques car normalement il vont lire le même manuel ou reçu la même publicité  des distributeurs pharmaceutiques et si le patient meure, ce n’est jamais leur faute, c’est la maladie qui était mortelle.

Mais supposons que le patient n’est pas satisfait et consulte plusieurs thérapeutes…

Nous devons tenir compte maintenant qu’à différence d’il y a vingt cinq ans, seulement les médecins et certains spécialistes ou thérapeutes ont le droit de faire des diagnostiques, et les thérapeutes on est pognés avec un m…t diagnostique qui n’est pas nécessairement précis, mais bon…

Alors pour compliquer la situation du patient ou du client, il y en a qui vont dire que le problème de santé c’est causé par un conflit biologique à la façon de la Médecine Nouvelle Germanique ou de la Biologie Totale (quel nom impressionnant de cette approche… TOTALE). et j’ai même entendu une experte dans le sujet que nous pourrions fumer tout ce qu’on veut sans s’inquiéter du cancer car sans conflit, il n’y a pas de cancer. Ah bon…

Mais non, le problème c’est probablement dans les subluxations (selon la chiropractie) ou la compression au niveau vertébral ou au niveau du liquide encéphalo-rachidien qui cause peut-être un blocage au niveau lymphatique (comme j’ai entendu ce soir mentionner ça comme évaluation par un ostéopathe). Bien sure, ceci c’est une pauvre explication mais qui se base sur les prémisses de l’ostéopathie et la chiropractie sur les racines structurelles (squelettiques, crâniennes ou viscérales) de beaucoup de conditions de santé.

On pourrait dire aussi que la solution se trouve au niveau des fascias (tissues conjonctif entourant des muscles et des viscères).

– “Pas rapport!”, dirait un autre thérapeute.c’est le courant du chi qui peut-être rétablit par la médecine chinoise(acupuncture, gouacha, cupping, herbes médicinales, Qigong)

– Mais encore c’est pas ça, c’est un Dosha qui trop dominant dirait le thérapeute ayurvédique. Avec un style de vie, alimentation et traitements adaptés à votre type constitutionnel tout peut revenir à la normale.

Et bien sure qu’il y en a qui vont jurer pour le jeûne et les désintoxications, ou les traitements avec des suppléments. 

J’ai suivi il n’y a pas long temps une formation en thérapie avec laquelle on travaillait sur les différents corps subtiles en plus du corps physique (corps éthérique, corps astral, corps mental, corps causal, corps bouddhique et corps atmique) pour faire des chirurgies vibratoires et sachez que ça faisait un effet.

J’ai eu la chance d’avoir ressentie l’effet positif du Reiki et du Qigong (Chicong) médicinal et même de l’imposition des mains dans une église chrétienne ainsi que lors des messes catholiques charismatiques.

Et personnellement depuis que je pratique une technique de respiration particulière et certains formes de méditation je me sens encore plus en forme.

Dans la dernière année j’ai étudié les approches somatiques et les aspects aussi émotionnels qui en affectant noitre système nerveux autonome, peuvent aussi empêcher nos corps de guérir naturellement ou d’éviter certaines maladies.

Et je pourrais continuer en mentionnant des approches de santé différentes, des thérapies ou des traitements.

Quand je fais la comparaison avec les aveugles je ne suis en train de dire que les thérapeutes sont si limités en vision, mais il se peut que le temps investit dans l’apprentissage investit pour ensuite exercer le métier spécifique ne laisse pas toujours l’espace-temps pour connaître plus sur les autres approches ou pour l’expérimentation sur soi.

Pensez-vous que selon moi tous ces thérapeutes se trompent? Pas du tout.

Pensez-vous que tant de témoignages sur les différentes thérapies ce sont des mensonges ou des exagérations?

Je considère que la plupart des témoignages sont authentiques mais bien sûre, il y n a qui savent mieux se vendre que d’autres.

Vous avez peut-être été déçu ou même blessé par un traitement et là vous pouvez penser que le problème était l’approche. Je vous suggère de reconnaître que vous avez toujours eu la responsabilité de votre santé même si vous avez cru pouvoir la déléguer.

Ça se peut-il que les thérapeutes ont tous raison un peu comme les aveugles de cette histoire?

Et s’ils communiquaient entre eux…?

Et si le patient en question a tout ce qui a été mentionné plus haut imaginez le scénario…

– Elle a une enfance difficile avec une alimentation non-optimale qui à la longue l’à rendue susceptible à un conflit biologique qui est arrivé dans un moment de stress, a encré une réactivité émotionnelle qui a affecté ses habitudes alimentaires et à cause du manque d’exercice et du fait de son éducation elle a choisit un métier qui l’expose à des conditions environnantes indésirables tel que des champs électromagnétiques ou de l’air pollué, assis devant un ordinateur en en faisant des mouvements répétés qui causent des usures et problèmes spécifiques du métier…

Le stress à affecté sans qu’elle se rende compte sont rythme respiratoire et entre autres conséquences non seulement les tissues sont moins oxygénés (ce que tout le monde imagine) mais ça va affecté le PH du sang et la circulation sanguine ainsi que la cohérence du cœur (variabilité du rythme cardiaque) créant ainsi plus de problèmes neurobiologies, plus de déconnections entre les hémisphères etc. (peut-être même qu’on va lui dire qu’elle a un déficit d’attention ou une bipolarité etc.) et suite à ça la personne à pu prendre des médicaments ou garder certaines habitudes qui ont affecté aussi son système nerveux encore plus et son système endocrinien, alors des problèmes hormonaux se sont survenus.

Mais ce n’est pas suffisant parce que à cause de la dégringolade nutritionnelle et des mauvaises habitudes plus flagrantes comme l’excès d’alcool, de drogues, la malbouffe ou des médicaments elle à du prendre des antibiotiques qui ont maganés la flore intestinale et par conséquence le système digestif.

Alors, suite à ça les toxines s.accumulent au niveau intestinal et le foie et surchargé de sorte que ça affecte aussi la production ou la sécrétion de bile, créant un problème d’assimilation des gras et les vitamines liposolubles. Par conséquence la personne développe des problème dentaires à cause du manque des vitamines importantes dans le métabolisme du calcium par exemple.

On pourrait dire que par sa constitution hormonale de sa naissance et jeunesse la personne a des prédispositions qui font que sa santé se détériore dans la mesure ou elle s’expose à des stimulations très spécifiques à ces faiblesses et c’est là o;u la médecine ayurvédique contribue à créer des meilleurs conditions pour la guérison.

Et si les problèmes de santé affectent les autres aspects de sa vie et ses relations… –

… ça ne finit plus…

Quand vous voyez un paysage vous pouvez le décrire pendant des heures ce que vous pouvez percevoir à un clin d’œil.

Alors, vu d’ensemble tous les thérapeutes peuvent avoir raison dans leurs perspectives individuelles.

En revenant à la petite histoire… chaque aveugle dans cette histoire perçoit une partie de la réalité aussi vraie que les autres parties.

Peut-être en tirant la queue de l’éléphant il va se déplacer ou agir d’une certaine façon, même si le contact à été avec seulement une partie de son corps. Peut-être ce n’est pas en lui tirant la queue qu’on va réussir ce que l’on veut mais plutôt la trompe.

Imaginez les différents scénarios possibles, sil’éléphant aï qu’on lui tire ;a queue… pauvre aveugle.

Alors, si vous arrivez chez un thérapeute qui heureusement vous offre une approche qui vous convient ce n’est pas parce que c’est la seule approche possible.

Ce n’est pas non-plus l’approche elle –même mais peut-être le thérapeute qui a le talent ou qui a eu la bonne inspiration au bon moment pour vous offrir quelque chose de bénéfique et significatif.

Tout cela dit, parmi les thérapeutes ceux qui sont les spécialistes « les plus spécialisés » ne sont pas nécessairement ceux qui ont la perspective la plus globale et la vision inspirée.

Imaginez ceci à un cuisinier qui sait préparer juste quelque mets comparé à un autre qui prépare pour des préférences gastronomiques plus variés et que les traitements ou thérapies sont comme des mets déférents dans votre menu pour choisir à votre goût, mesure et préférence du jour.

Il existe une approche d’entraînement pour les meilleurs performances des médecins d’urgence qui s’appelle Blink, qui à été conçu pour que les urgentologues soient capables d’évaluer la condition des patients “dans un clin d’œil” car le temps presse mais le diagnostique doit être le plus précis possible dans les conditions d’urgence.

Je ne suis pas urgentologue et la plupart des urgentologues ne connaissent pas cette approche mais je peux vous dire qu’un thérapeute avec expérience et qui utilises ces deux hémisphères cérébraux peut se faire une vision d’ensemble plus facilement. Quelqu’un qui combine sont intellect avec son intuition.

Manger selon mon groupe sanguin?

L’auteur de ce livre a apporté une perspective nouvelle, complémentaire et bien fondé du point de vue physiologique.

Cela dit, il y a beaucoup d’information très importante que se livre ne contient pas.

M. D’adamo a très bien fait sa recherche au sujet des lectines mais ignorait beaucoup de concepts importants du point de vue nutritionnel.

Voici en quoi je suis d’accord pour commencer:

1- Les lectines sont extrêmement nuisibles
2- Les aliments considérés nuisibles pour chaque groupe sanguin sont réellement potentiellement nuisibles
3- Les nuisances causés par les lectines sont très graves
4- La susceptibilité aux lectines a un certain rapport avec le groupe sanguin de l’individu.
5- Les individus de type sanguin O, nous sommes susceptibles aux lectines dans les graines, légumineuses et produits laitiers

En quoi je diffère avec lui:

1- Les lectines qui nuisent un groupe nuisent aussi les autres même si dans une mesure plus base.
2- Les bénéfices que les personnes qui ont appliqué cette approche n’ont pas été parce que la diète était aussi spécifique mais parce que la plupart de la population appartient au groupes auxquels il a recommandé d’arrêter la consommation de gluten de des produits laitiers. M. D’adamo recommande aux personnes de type O, type A et type B de s’éloigner des pains et pâtisseries commerciales incluant bagels, muffins, biscuits, céréales, pâtes etc en plus des produits laitiers.
3- Je n’ai pas besoin de connaître votre groupe sanguin pour vous faire cette recommandation, surtout car 99% du temps il s’agit de produits laitiers pasteurisés.
4- Concernant le groupe O, je suis végétarien depuis bientôt 30 ans et je me sens assez en forme. Même si j’évitais les sources de lectines, j’aurais assez de protéines et de calories en mangeant principalement des fruits et des légumes car dans les fruits il y a moins de lectines et les feuilles augmentent la production d’acide chlorhydrique à la longue.
5- Depuis des millénaires les populations ont traiter les aliments de façon à neutraliser les inhibiteurs d’enzymes et ainsi pouvoir digérer les lectines avant qu’elles passent à l’intestin grêle. Cela dit, avec l’âge nous avons tendance à diminuer la sécrétion d’acide chlorhydrique.
Je choisis quand même juste par convenance car je suis au  Canada de manger des graines et légumineuses tout en les préparant de façon appropriée (trempées, germées et/ou fermentés)
6- Le remède principal pour les problèmes avec les lectines est très simple et négligé: optimiser l’acide chlorhydrique dans l’estomac et neutraliser au maximum les inhibiteurs d’enzymes dans les aliments et consommer des enzymes digestives qui contiennent de la pepsine qui aide à digérer les lectines.
7- Pour certains cas, il est utile de neutraliser de façon immédiate les lectines qui n’ont pas été digérées avec une forme de sucre qui servent à s’adhérer avec et neutraliser les lectines. Ces “sucres leurres” (decoy sugars) se trouvent dans certains aliments ou en suppléments le spectre d’action est plus vaste.

M. D’adamo a maintenant une gamme de produits qui contiennent les sucres spécifiques pour chaque groupe sanguin mais je trouve inutile d’être aussi spécifique si tout le monde bénéficierait d’un produit à spectre complet qui contient de la D-mannose (canneberges, haricots verts, bluets, oranges etc.) de l’okra, du varech vésiculaire, de la N-acetil-glucosamine, alginate de sodium etc.

Si la sécrétion d’acide chlorhydrique est suffisante et nous neutralisons les inhibiteurs d’enzymes avec les méthodes que je propose, les lectines sont digérées et ne rentrent pas dans le système que décomposés en acides aminés plutôt bénéfiques.

La normalisation de la sécrétion d’acide chlorhydrique est recommandable pour tous les cas de toutes façons, c’est une des démarches de santé les plus importantes, peu importe le groupe sanguin.

Quand aux inhibiteurs d’enzymes, on peut toujours  les neutraliser dépendant de chaque aliment, parfois avec juste le trempage ou dans d’autres cas par la germination ou la fermentation.

Ça peut avoir l’air compliqué mais c’est la manière brillante que nos ancêtres ont appliqué pendant des milliers d’années.

C’est le prix à payer pour consommer encore des aliments que dans la nature nous ne sommes pas sensés de manger.

L’autre alternative, plus naturelle mais iinconvenable pour la plupart, serait de tirer la plupart de nos calories à partir de fruits et des légumes crues.

The Unreliability of Nutrition Tables and How to Choose What You Eat

The nutrition tables you can find, can hardly be complete enough to know what you’re getting from your food for different reasons such as is the food organic or not?, is it raw or cooked?, how cooked is the food?, what kind of treatment it received?, is it irradiated?, if it’s a vegetable food, was it harvested ripe or green?, what kind of soil it was cultivated? Is it just sprouted?, is it dehydrated?

So, because you don’t really know precisely all the nutrients in a food, you can only have a good guess and keep in mind which food treatments low the nutritional value and in which extent.

What do you do with that lack or precise information?

You just put as many odds in your favor by consciously eating according to these guidelines :

– Many prepared foods display nutritional values based on added vitamins or other nutrients that are not necessary useful that way, so they are often in the list of ingredients for reasons of marketing.

– Some of those added vitamins are even bad for your health such as vitamin A added to cereals, which increases the risk of osteoporosis, especially if there is a deficiency of vitamin D.

– Organic better than non-organic Organic food is not only intended to not have the chemicals that causes many undesirable health conditions but is also much more nutritious.

– Freshly harvested better than not so fresh

– Ripen in the tree or plant is better to have the most nutrients possible as the tree/plant is still adding nutrients from the soil to the fruit or vegetable.

– Besides being pasteurized or cooked, bottled, canned or boxed juices from concentrate have more fluoride and other chemicals from the tap water they are reconstituted with. At least those not from concentrate are not that bad.

– Green house grown even if not organic is better than ordinary pesticide-laden food. For example, sometimes I get tomatoes, spinach and cucumbers grown in green house when I don’t find the organic ones

– Some vegetables that are harvested young require less or no pesticides to be grown. So non-organic baby spinach is often better the regular spinach.

– Local harvested organic food is better than imported organic same kind of food for freshness and economic-ecological reasons.

– Many foods and especially spices are irradiated supposedly for the “safety of consumers” and for the sterilization of seeds that agencies don’t want you to cultivate. That exposure to radiation destroys much of the nutritional value and it is also bad for your health http://www.ccnr.org/food_irradiation.html

– Sprouted seeds have more enzymes than raw or cooked same seeds.

– Vegetable sprouts (such as broccoli) as more nutritious than the ordinary vegetables.

– Raw food in general has more enzymes and nutrients than cooked food. So, because of the more enzymes the need for proteins decreases. Some scientists say that because some nutrients are more available after cooking it means that a cooked product (such as carrots) is more nutritious. That’s a touchy subject because like in this case the higher glycemic index of the cooked carrot makes it less desirable for other reasons. In the case of certain herbs we do need cooking to get the elements we desire out of the herb, but with ordinary food I tend to be in favor of raw eating. I’m not going to go deeper with this controversial subject, so just happily follow your heart.

– Intentionally fermented foods such as sauerkraut, natural pickles or nut cheeses are much more digestible and so they are more nutritious as a consequence. So this is a good way to eat more raw food with more availability of nutrients.

– Microwaving is the worst kind of cooking you can make in terms of destroying the nutritious value and creating very harmful toxins.

– Slow cooking is better than fast cooking.

– Frying can cause a lot of free radicals and many health problems as a consequence due to fat oxidation and higher cooking temperature. More details later.

* Frying with coconut oil or with organic ghee (clarified butter) is much safer as those fats are much more resisting the oxidation cause by heat.

– Roasting is not the best thing to do with animal products or other foods either because of the denaturation of proteins and starches, which can make them toxic even if we don’t experience immediate discomfort.

For example, acrylamide is used as an industrial chemical in mining and grouting. It was only discovered to be present in food in 2002. It forms as a side effect of the frying, roasting or baking of starchy foods, such as chips and crisps.

There are concerns about its cancer-causing and DNA-damaging effects in humans. It has been found to cause tumours in laboratory rats and is also neurotoxic in humans and may affect reproductive processes.

No specific limits for its consumption have yet been set by the EU, but food manufacturers are being urged to reduce levels and keep them as low as possible.

– On the other hand there is the Maillard reaction including caramelization, glycation and other effects of cooking mixtures such as sugars with fats, sugars with proteins or with starches. It not decreases the nutritional value but increases the presence of toxic waste-products.

– Dehydration is much better than cooking but not as good as eating fresh. In the case of sweet fruits particularly, the glycemic index increases and so it may have an undesirable effect on blood sugar which will affect some people more than others. For example those who suffer from Candida, hypoglycemia, diabetes etc.

– Canned foods are not only less nutritious because the enzymes are purposely destroyed to increase shelf-life , but also most of the time they contain substances that are undesirably toxic such as sulphites.

– Food additives such as artificial coloring and flavors are so evidently undesirable that I almost didn’t write about it. There are so many problems and health conditions caused by those additives, so at least, look for the foods that are prepared without them. Even some so called natural ingredients are undesirable, but that’s the subject for a whole book.

– Eating food that is prepared by a consciously happy person will make that food be more beneficial and probably delicious too. So, it’s not just about the ingredients or the treatments but about how much love vs stress brought that food to your plate.

– Some fruits and vegetables, when are not organically grown, are a reason so many workers get very serious diseases including deformities in children and cancers even is the consumers don’t get sick. For conscientious reasons we can avoid consuming for example non-organic pineapples or tomatoes.

– Some fruits and vegetables are produced in inhumane conditions of exploitation so that is another reason to do informed choices such as buying fair-trade foods. Personally I don’t buy unhealthy fair-trade foods either such as sugar.

– Adding some spices and herbs to your food can make it easier to digest also, so it is not only about avoidance of toxins but about conscious eating.

– Mixing foods while cooking can cause the Mailard reaction as I said before but even mixing raw foods can cause digestive problems. So, without getting too bored with your food, find your subjective balance between simplicity an pleasure. You can learn about food combining, mono-meals or just happily accept the possible consequences (as like when I go to raw potlucks I pay the consequences but have a lot of pleasure on the other hand).

Conclusion:

Now you may better know the difference in the quality of the produce that compose what you eat and you know a bit more about the effects of processing, stoking, irradiating, refining, caning, cooking, frying, microwaving, caramelizing, fermenting, sprouting, dehydrating etc. You can make more conscious choices about what you put in your mouth.

The real nutritional value of food cannot be so simply determined just by a laboratory analysis but you can feel it subjectively, when with practice you become more sensitive which is the only thing that counts.

What Bible Based Religions Don’t Want You to Read In There

One of the most important facts that Bible based religions, including Catholics, Christians, Jehovah Witnesses, Baptists, Adventists, Jewish, Muslims and many others won’t tell you is that the god of Moses, Jehovah ”the evil god” (YHWH) is not Jesus’ heavenly father.

Before dismissing this assertion, consider first reading the literal quotations of verses of the Bible I added here, I dare you to read half of it and try to contradict my sentence. I think that one third or even one quarter of the quotes would be enough. Be sure I’m not misquoting anything and correct me if needed. It took me tens of hours to compile them but I can always do better.

Please notice the contrasts between the two characters mentioned and understand why this confusion has caused so much suffering. When I use the word God (capital letters, I mean the omnipresent, omniscient, omnipotent source of all there is. My personal connection with God is bliss and love and in my opinion that coincides with what Jesus said according to the scriptures.

I didn’t study the Bible to know God, I did it by curiosity at first and then to understand human history, social conditioning and domestication in favor of some parasitic elites and probably (that’s just my hypothesis ) also “energyvorous” entities .

Who do I mean by Jehovah?

The name Jehovah is used among other names to call the main “godly character” in the Old Testament of The Bible.

That name has been used in other less known books such as The Book of Enoch, but I’m not referring to any other source than The Bible and particularly the Old Testament.

For those who don’t like the use of the word evil referring to this character, or if you pretend to be beyond good and evil (which I understand) you will find through the reading of those very many quotes that this character’s behavior is just sinful, immoral, angry, atrocious, bad, baneful, base, beastly, calamitous, corrupt, cruel, damnable, depraved, destructive, disastrous, execrable, flagitious, foul, harmful, hateful, heinous, hideous, iniquitous, injurious, loathsome, low, maleficent, malevolent, malicious, malignant, nefarious, no good, obscene, offensive, pernicious, poison, rancorous, reprobate, repugnant, repulsive, revolting, spiteful, stinking, ugly, unpleasant, unpropitious, vicious, vile, villainous, wicked, wrathful, wrong.

So forget about the word evil, there are still many other adjectives that fit the character.

Why Jehovah instead of Yahweh?
I’m using the name Jehovah just for practical reasons as it is the name that is mostly used to call the God that Moses worshiped. You can call it or write it as you wish ( Yahweh, Jahveh, YHWH or whatever as what I mean is the character named with the Hebrew letters ,יהוה), as for the intent of this article, the pronunciation of his name is irrelevant.

I wrote this article as I felt a limit of patience about all that religious naivety that makes people unaware of what they’re dealing with when they adhere or remain in a religious belief that takes Moses as a prophet of the same god that Jesus called “my heavenly father”.

Why am I writing this?
Because I want to be part of the change to have a more peaceful world and I believe that ignorance of what triggers violence the most is the main reason why so much sadness and cruelty keeps manifesting in our lives.
I imagine that most of you have noticed that religious thinking has played an important role in violent behavior. If it is not the case, maybe this article is useless as a following step into resolving the problem.

It would be too long to go on explaining in detail why wars and cruelty are especially nourished by moral and religious thinking. For now I’ll only assume that you have noticed that the most important violent behaviors that we see in the news are motivated by purposes of domination, greed and religious beliefs.
What is particularly my concern is the society closest to me in which violence is very present even if it is not as flagrant as war violence. Even the most subtle verbal violence has the same roots, fear of punishment and expectation of reward.

When we understand and dismantle the main motivation for a huge part of that violence there will be more reasons to celebrate.

Most of the populations including some of you, readers, ignore the traps that are seeded in the religious thinking which you may not even notice that moralistic judgments are part of the puppeteer strings that affect our behavior in a way that we unconsciously become part of the problem.

For those who are familiar with some spiritual paths it is known that being present in the now is such as desirable state of mind. And for that experience of presence to be, the monkey-mind chattering has to be stopped.

Moralistic judgments are obstacle to experience inner peace, compassion and being an active part of the solutions. Resisting emotionally to whatever is, is a waste of time and accelerates physical and mental ageing at the same time we remain actively or passively part of the problem.

We have all being somehow, domesticated in a way that we learned to think in terms of good and bad, normal and abnormal, just or unjust in a very narrow way and we lose perspective of present needs and living with more joyful values and priorities than avoiding evil and being in a protective or defensive mode.

The point I want to make is that the most joyful and healthy attitude in life is to experience love, forgiveness and lightheartedness that we have lost because we bought into the ideology that we can determine for others what is good or bad for them and that by telling them or thinking in a righteous way we can improve something.

We may think we know what is best but it will make us resist to accept reality as it is, and to remain inspired by pure love.

When Christians and Non-Christians experience judgmental thinking and moralistic judgment, that is especially ingrained and rooted especially in the values, rules and reasoning in most of the Old Testament, especially the books of Moses and his concept of God.

Most people who know enough about Jesus of Nazareth’s life and teachings think of them as inspiring and so Christians become very zealous about that.

What most Christians and general public don’t know is that Jesus (as described in the New Testament) as well as Paul the apostle, were completely opposite to Moses teachings and regulatory policies.

In my opinion, a loving Christian, radically engaged in the principles of unconditional love, forgiveness and presence, cannot keep his-her attention in Moses ideology at all.

When we conveniently adhere to Jesus teachings but accept some of the values from the OT, such as moralistic judgments, justification of punishments, revenge or condemnation, or whatever non-loving thinking, they unknowingly fall in a trap that they don’t even perceive as such. Especially because they are not alone at all, and because most of the populations think the same way, they think they are right.

People can be right, but they are destructively right, unhealthily right, and unhappily right.

When you notice how intentional was to seed the (unloving) moralistic judgment into our minds for governing the people and you understand the effect of it in our consciousness, emotions and health, you will also find out that we cannot mix the OT paradigm with the one of the NT without losing the pureness, beauty and benefits of the latter.

So, you can notice the contrast between the message that most of the people agree with, from Jesus and the one of Moses that keeps influencing even our own behaviors to the extent of our fears still have control on our consciousness.

Take in account that at the time of the Old Testament, they believed in the existence of many gods but the followers of Moses were forced to worship just one.
Matthew 6:24 No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. You cannot serve God and mammon. (or God and Jehovah)

Know or remember that Mathieu wrote in Greek and used the word θεῷ (theos) which doesn’t mean Jehovah as the word theos is used also for the Greek gods and the corresponding word for god or gods in ancient Hebrew is Elohim not Yahweh http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Elohim

YHWH is just one god among other gods according to the Old Testament
And God said; let us make man in our image. Genesis 1:26

Did you have enough to understand that YHWH is not the Omniscient, Omnipotent, Omnipresent consciousness, he is not pure Love and he is not even the God of everyone, he’s just a big egocentric entity, real or just imagined.

I want to emphasize that “Jesus heavenly father” is not Jehovah as it is evident for those who read the attributes of “Jesus God”

BTW, this Jehovah god is the same that Muslims call Allah and the severe and cruel ways that they may accept, come from the laws of Moses, such as the Sharia law, which is not in the Quran. Much of Sharia law is derived from the Hadith, which was written by Muslim scholars. The Hadith was the scholars’ interpretation of what they thought Mohammed wished for his followers.

Before showing the evil aspects of “The God of Moses” I’ll quote the chapter 3 of the second letter of Paul to the Corinthians in the New Testament so you can see that Paul, the man responsible for the spreading of the original Christianity was saying already at that time that the ministry of Christ was totally opposite to the ministry of the Old Testament.

!”1 Are we beginning to commend ourselves again? Or do we need, like some people, letters of recommendation to you or from you? 2 You yourselves are our letter, written on our hearts, known and read by everyone. 3 You show that you are a letter from Christ, the result of our ministry, written not with ink but with the Spirit of the living God, not on tablets of stone but on tablets of human hearts.
4 Such confidence we have through Christ before God. 5 Not that we are competent in ourselves to claim anything for ourselves, but our competence comes from God. 6 He has made us competent as ministers of a new covenant—not of the letter but of the Spirit; for the letter kills, but the Spirit gives life…
The Greater Glory of the New Covenant
7 Now if the ministry that brought death, which was engraved in letters on stone, came with glory, so that the Israelites could not look steadily at the face of Moses because of its glory, transitory though it was, 8 will not the ministry of the Spirit be even more glorious? 9 If the ministry that brought condemnation was glorious, how much more glorious is the ministry that brings righteousness! 10 For what was glorious has no glory now in comparison with the surpassing glory. 11 And if what was transitory came with glory, how much greater is the glory of that which lasts!
12 Therefore, since we have such a hope, we are very bold. 13 We are not like Moses, who would put a veil over his face to prevent the Israelites from seeing the end of what was passing away. 14 But their minds were made dull, for to this day the same veil remains when the old covenant is read. Now, a little example of Jesus perspective on his heavenly father…
Matthew 4… 25″Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more important than food, and the body more important than clothes?
26″Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they? 27Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to his life? 28And why do you worry about clothes? See how the lilies of the field grow. They do not labor or spin. 29Yet I tell you that not even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these. 30If that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today and tomorrow is thrown into the fire, will He not much more clothe you, O you of little faith?

“If any one says, “I love God,” and hates his brother, he is a liar; for he who does not love his brother whom he has seen, cannot love God whom he has not seen” 1 John 4:20

Paul affirms that love for others is a complete fulfillment of God’s Law for us. For the whole law is fulfilled in one word, “You shall love your neighbor as yourself.” Galatians 5:14

And how do we demonstrate our love for others? How do we put this love into action? By always treating others as we would like to be treated.
TREAT OTHERS AS YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE TREATED. “So whatever you wish that men would do to you, do so to them; for this is the law and the prophets.” Matthew 7:12

“8 Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love”. 1 John 4:8

“For if you forgive men for their transgressions, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. “But if you do not forgive men, then your Father will not forgive your transgressions. Matthew 6:14-15

“I pray that out of His glorious riches He may strengthen you with power through His Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power, together with all the saints, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge–that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God. Ephesians 3:16-19 (writen by Paul)

So, do you still read Moses with the veil? Keep reading…
“In their case the god of this world has blinded the minds of the unbelievers, to keep them from seeing the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God.” 2 Corinthians 4:4
Notice the immense contrast between Jehovah with the “evil you’re going to read” and “the Spirit of the Lord in which there is freedom”.

So the all sinful abominable being in the OT (YHWH) and the Spirit of love (Jesus heavenly father) in the NT are not the same character AT ALL.
Remember that Moses and the Israelites believe in the existence of many gods but worshiped one, so it means that YHWH is not The Creator but just another god, their god.

The NT was not found in Hebrew and the words I found in my Greek version were κυριος (Kyrios = Lord) or θεος (theos = god), not YHWH or anything like it. Only translations in English or in hebrew from the Greek may use the tetragrammaton.

There are some scholars that theorize that the words κυριος (kirios) and θεος (theos) blurred the original distinction between the Lord God and the Lord Christ, but I believe that a distinction should be made between those two words and the Hebrew יהוה.

A bit of information about Satan
There is a divergence in what the Bible says about Satan. The Old Testament differs from the New Testament; in that the Old Testament never mentions any angel rebelling against God. In the New Testament, however, it talks about the rebellious angels being chained in a certain part of hell, until the end of time. Here are two examples of the contradiction between the Old and New Testament. In the sixth verse of Jude, the fallen angels were said to be chained after they rebelled by taking human wives, in Genesis 6. But in Genesis 6, this wasn’t mentioned. Even though Satan is said to be already bound, he is chained again “for 1,000 years” in Revelation 20:2.

So in some books of the OT Satan is one of the fallen angels referenced in Genesis 6, a rebellious evil doer, always opposing God. But in other books, like Job, Satan is a tester of people’s free will, doing only as God wants him to do.

The name “Satan” originally comes from the Hebrew verb “satan” that means “to obstruct” or “to oppose.” Because the Old Testament was written in Hebrew, the word “satan” also can mean in general “someone who obstructs.” Many times, a verse that was seen as a reference to Satan actually meant “a satan” or “an obstructer,” “an enemy” or “an adversary.”

Satan became the ruler of this world and the prince of the power of the air (John 12:31; 2 Corinthians 4:4; Ephesians 2:2).

He is an accuser (Revelation 12:10), a tempter (Matthew 4:3; 1 Thessalonians 3:5), and a deceiver (Genesis 3; 2 Corinthians 4:4

“And during supper, the devil having already put into the heart of Judas Iscariot, the son of Simon, to betray Him.” John 13:2

And a quote to proof that Jehovah doesn’t refer to the “Source of everything”, the word god in the OT is a tittle given to a certain entity :
“Son of man, say to the ruler of Tyre, `This is what the Sovereign LORD says: “`In the pride of your heart you say, “I am a god; I sit on the throne of a god in the heart of the seas.” But you are a man and not a god, though you think you are as wise as a god. Ezek 28:2

So, now that it is a bit more clear that the spirit that drives the New Testament is not the same as the one of the Old Testament, see by your-selves the shocking contrast…

Jehovah’s Favoritism Toward His Followers

(Note: this favoritism has an unpleasant side. In Amos 3: 1-2,.Jehovah declares to the “children of Israel”: “You only have I known of all the families of the earth: therefore I will punish you for all your iniquities.”)

Jehovah’s Glorification of His Followers
But ye shall be named the Priest of the LORD: men shall call you the Ministers of our God: ye shall eat the riches of the Gentiles, and in their glory shall ye boast yourselves. -1saiah 61:6
(Note: The biblical distinction between the “chosen people” and the gentiles is based on religion rather than ethnicity. Thus when Jesus of Nazareth refers to gentiles as “dogs” in Matthew 15:22-27 and Mark 7:26-28, he is demonstrating a theological prejudice.)

Jehovah’s Glorification of his Followers and His Degradation of Non-followers

THE DARK SIDE OF JEHOVAH

Jehovah Equated with Satan
Note: Two curious passages in the Bible seem to equate Jehovah and Satan.
The passages, which refer to the same event in the history of Israel [King David orders a census of the “chosen people”], are as follows:
The anger of the LORD was kindled against Israel, and he moved David against them to say, Go, number Israel and judah. -II Samuel 24:1
And Satan stood up against Israel, and provoked David to number Israel. -/ Chronicles 21:1

Jehovah Is Darkness
Woe unto you that desire the day of the LORD! To what end is it for you? The day of the LORD is darkness, and not light. As if a man did flee from a lion, and a bear met him; or went into the house, and leaned his band on the wall, and a serpent bit him.
Shall not the day of the LORD be darkness, and not light? Even very dark, and no brightness in it? -Amos 5:18-20

Paul criticizes Moses, the Old Testament and the “god of this world”(the devil)…

New Testament references to the devil, Satan or other names include:

The Devil – (Greek ho diabolos) : Following the use in Job and Zechariah in the Septuagint this title, “the Accuser”, is ascribed to Satan 32 times in the New Testament. The three other uses of the word are for humans – Judas, and gossips.(Revelation 12:9).[7]

Satan – (Greek ho satanas): Luke 10:18 “I saw Satan fall like lightning from heaven.” See also Matthew 4:10 Matthew 12:26 Mark 4:15 Luke 22:31 Acts 26:18 1Corinthians 5:5 2Corinthians 11:14 1Thessalonians 2:18 1Timothy 5:15 Revelation 3:9 Revelation 20:2

Beelzebub – (Greek Beelzeboul) : In Matthew 10:25, Matthew 12:24, Mark 3:22, and openly in Luke 11:18-19 there is an implied connection between Satan and Beelzebub (originally a Semitic deity called Baal, and referred to as Baal-zebul, meaning lord of princes). Beelzebub (lit. Lord of the Flies) has now come to be analogous to Satan.

The Wicked One – (Greek ho poneros[8]) : Matthew 13:19–“Then cometh the wicked one.” Matthew 6:13, 1 John 5:19. This title suggests that Satan is one who is wicked himself. Abrahamic religions generally regarded sin as a physical manifestation of opposition to God, and therefore evil; dissent only comes from the topic of ‘where does sin come from?'[citation needed]

Prince of this World – (Greek ho Archōn tou kosmou toutou,[9] Latin Rex Mundi) : inJohn 12:31 and John 14:30.

The Tempter – (Greek ho peirazōn[10]) : Matthew 4:3–“And when the tempter came to him.” Also, 1Thessalonians 3:5

A liar – (Greek psěustēs[11]) : John 8:44–“He is a liar and the father of it.”

Belial – (Greek Belial) : in 2 Corinthians 6:15 “What agreement does Christ have with Belial?” may be a reference to the Devil, or to eating idol meats. In the Old Testament, rebellious people and nonbelievers are sometimes called ‘sons of Belial’. See also Deuteronomy 13:13 Judges 20:13 1Samuel 2:12 2Samuel 23:61Kings 21:10 2Chronicles 13:7

The god of this world in 2 Corinthians 4:4.

The prince of the power of the air in Ephesians 2:2.

Your adversary – (Greek antidikos) : in 1 Peter 5:8–“Your adversary the devil.” In the Christian worldview, Satan is the adversary of both God and the believers.[citation needed]

The Dragon – (Greek ho drakōn) : in 2 Revelation 20:2

The Ancient Serpent – (Greek ho ophis ho archaios) : also in 2 Revelation 20:2

Introduction:

I will share here some information that it is not common knowledge and I assume that many readers are not going to agree with my message (at least not now).

 I just don’t want you to believe a word I say and weather you agree or not with me I don’t want you to make assumptions without verifying,.

 The assumptions we make prevent us from perceiving the hidden truths, so we better dare to verify, to ask questions, to do research but not assume that I am right or wrong.

 Please don’t take anything personally as I’m not implying that people ignore things willingly. It is human to make errors and we should keep doing our best, which changes every second of our lives. I want you to avoid any feeling of guilt, shame, remorse or judgment.

 With time, it is no longer uncommon to question some previously accepted ideas such as concerning the use of drugs for the treatment of illnesses or the use of vaccines for preventing them. So, if I’m right, in a few years everybody will say “of course that’s the way it is…”

 Part 1- The problems

We’ve been told that there is an AIDS pandemic ravaging the African population and that we should do something about it.

 This implies that thousands of Africans are dying from a sexually transmitted disease.

 Doing a deep research we notice some anomalies around this assumption, especially these facts:

      1- In the rich countries there is a population at risk of AIDS, which makes about 90% of the cases, that is composed of male homosexuals, drug addicts and hemophiliacs while strangely, in Africa everybody is said to be at risk, women and men equally.

     2- In some of those countries such as the US, the sexual behavior is much more liberal with more changing partners than in Africa, so if it was a sexually transmitted pandemic, “American women would be equally at risk”, especially after more than 28 years of spreading this disease. But it’s not the case!

 Why is this?

 The statistics behind that idea of pandemic are based on a series of assumptions that start with the Bangui definition of AIDS established by the World Health Organization for Africa and which doesn’t require blood test.

 The Bangui definition of AIDS used in Africa consists on these simple signs:

      1- Asthenia (weakness) 

     2 -10% loss of body weight for two months

     3- Diarrhea for more than a month 

     4- Fever for more than a month

     5- Persistent cough

 Three of these signs can be enough to diagnose AIDS in most of these countries

Aren’t you surprised?  You’re not alone

 You can “google” Bangui AIDS definition” or whatever you prefer to verify this information. Or even better, ask an African physician about that. Here is one PDF document on that www.vordenker.de/hiv/bangui.pdf

 In Tanzania, just one of these symptoms can be enough for a physician to declare AIDS if he thinks so.

 Several conditions, especially tuberculosis can cause those symptoms and they are common in Africa long time before the so called AIDS pandemic.

 “There is nothing new but a new label for old diseases”.

 It is not the sexual behavior but the underlying social, economic and environmental conditions that are causing this crisis.

 Poor harvests, rural poverty, migratory labor problems, urban crowding, ecological degradation, civil wars, domestic violence, the inhumane conditions of exploitation and mistreatment, lack of proper water, malnutrition,  famine, deficient sanitary conditions, the panicking propaganda and the fatal misdiagnosis imperil and destroy far more African lives than the “allegedly widespread virus”.

 I make clear that there are people sick and dying, but that it is not because of the HIV virus and I’m not saying either that there are not sexually transmitted diseases, just that the AIDS definition is vague and dangerous.

Such a misdiagnosis becomes damnation if not a death sentence for many patients with all its implications. Think about it.

 Assuming many of them were diagnosed as having HIV with the use of tests, I’d like you to know that the pharmaceutical companies have disclaimers on the tests label saying that those tests are not intended to be accurate. You may want to read this sample label.

Why changing the focus?

The focus on the improbable cause of these deaths not only may keep us distracted from unarguable problems but could worsen the situation at large and the health of the patients for the following reasons.

     1- Besides that the very little probability that those patients are really infected with HIV, the antiretroviral treatments would cost 12 times the average African salary for each patient, and if subsidized they would compromise even more the African economy making the real conditions get worse.

     2- Assuming there were real victims of the HIV, if they were treated with the antiretroviral drugs they would get worse because the main drug that is used. AZT is extremely toxic, so much so that nurses have to use mask and gloves to handle the pills.

 I could keep giving you pages of information but you can do your own research about all the “whatifs” you may think about. But you’ve got the point so…

  We better find real solutions to unarguable problems rather than on an improbable cause.

 Now, take a deep sigh and here are some hints for the solutions

 Part 2 – Real solutions for real problems

Now that we realized something wasn’t really evident about the AIDS pandemic we need to be sagacious, curious, creative and inspired to find solutions and act accordingly.

 Let’s leave no room for doubts or assumptions. Keep asking and researching.

I want to emphasize that there are institutions and generous people that are doing already a lot of good for these people. My goal is to point out where corrections could be made by knowing all this.

 The first problem which we need to address is the emotional distress and desperation based partly on the ignorance of the resources that they have at hand and of their own potential as individuals.

 Underprivileged Africans need to be encouraged and supported to recover independence from unethical foreign and local interests that don’t care about the wellbeing of individuals.. They don’t need us to send food as much as they need to be reminded of who they are as creators of their own reality and that they can turn the tide of the crisis.

 This crisis we perceive is the sum of all the emotional distress of those who aren’t aware of their power within.

 So they need to recover faith and confidence in their own human nature, they need tools for inner freedom, they need care, love and playfulness, they need to trust their hearts and smile. They need tools for material autonomy as well. Those who are sick need to be respectfully and kindly touched and treated.

 They need to rely on their own material and human resources to eat better, to live better and to be healthier and wealthier instead of feeling powerless and sell their lives to inhumane corporations.

 In practical terms, for the social conditions they need to be supported for;

          -Spiritual support in a non invasive, non judgmental,  non doctrinal manner

          -Organizing mutual support groups     

          -Recreational programs 

          -Encouraging and helping their own elders to share their wisdom

          -Community traditional celebrations

          -Alternative economy such as barter and micro-credit

          -Libraries and ways to have access to information and use it responsibly (hopefully Internet)

          -Commissions to gather and keep their ancestral wisdom and knowledge of plants and nature.

          -Commissions to resolve their own problems such as housing and more desirable ways to get revenues

          -Social work and emotional-psychological help, including group therapies and other.

          -Tools for conflict resolution such as Non-Violent Communication for social and domestic problems.

          -Tools of self-improvement to empower individuals that want to make a difference

 For the health conditions and for prevention they can be provided with information about;

          -The internal conditions for illness and the real sources of health that they have at hand

          -How to organize their own “barefoot clinics”           

          -Alternative ways to improve soil fertility

          -Space efficient gardening systems

          -Companion plants to avoid the need for chemicals

          -Permaculture to improve efficiency and soil protection

          -Inexpensive watering systems

          -The wealth of knowledge from their own local traditions including their botany and herbal medicine

          -Nutritional information adapted to their environment and economy

          -Sprouting for availability of fresh foods

          -The importance and use of wild plants and weeds, which are more nutritious than anything else

          -Using indigenous grasses to consume the way we use wheat grass without the need of extractors nor imported seeds

          -How to get the most nutrition of each byte they get

          -Clever ways to get, purify and improve drinkable water

          -Clever sustainable ways to produce energy such as heat or electricity or simply replace the need of it

          -Using fermentation to increase the absorption of nutrients and to improve immune functions

          -Using clay and charcoal to detoxify, to relief digestive problems and to stop diarrheas

          -Using other natural means to treat illnesses such as the use of mold, which was traditionally used in different cultures for treating illnesses, wounds and infections

          -Natural and cheap means to health such as thermal treatments, mud treatments, water treatments available without the need of manufactured devices

          -Tools for emotional healing and resilience

          -Psychophysical practices such as yoga, meditation, Chicong, massage and other health and healing practices adapted to their culture and manners, which require just instruction and practice

          -Inexpensive oxidizing substances for treating malaria, dysentery, tuberculosis etc. that has been used successfully already in Africa such as hydrogen peroxide and sodium chlorite (MMS)

          -Information about the environmental problems that they need to resolve or stop

 Underprivileged from anywhere need to be kindly reminded that the answers have been within themselves and that they fell into the trap of the inhumane greedy interests.

 To stop the REAL PANDEMIC we need to focus on REAL SOLUTIONS such as the samples above.

 There is wisdom in nature and forces hidden in every human heart that need to be awakened so health and abundance are easily accessible

 How different is to focus on promoting health instead of treating illnesses!

 The truth shall set us free (and healthy)

“God is The Source” not The Judge.

I read an article on the subject of a tendency to use the word God by religious, politicians and ordinary people weather to say God send the earthquake and God protected the lucky survivors.
What to think about it?
I think what I think is healthier to think and I’ll tell you my version.
We usually tend to think by conditioning in terms of punishment and reward, we were domesticated by those treatments so we observe events on that same perspective.
By the same conditioning,, if you think in dualistic terms such as good and evil, you see “God” as the one that punishes or rewards.
So your thoughts and actions are driven by fear of punishment and need for reward. Not by spontaneous love, neither by the “intuition of your heart”. That’s an unhappy looser attitude.
That’s normal part-time happiness; ordinary thinking that shortens our life span and quality.
What is my personal choice?
What if I say that everything is always good?
What if I “convince my heart” to believe that evil is just an interpretation but doesn’t really exists?
I guess some may think I am evil or selfish.
I just choose to be free and happy.
The consequences of this different mindset allow me to get rid of so much unhealthy stressing resistance and thus remain joyful and serene.
Of course I’m aware that I won’t get everybody’s approval for this thinking but I rather pay that price than being uselessly unhappy.
I know already what’s being unhappy and punishing myself in order to avoid people’s disapproval. I don’t want that anymore.
So, you may keep thinking unhealthy moralistic thoughts or… choose to quit ordinary thinking and be the change you want to see in the world.
I’m sorry for the defenders of the common sense, weather religious believers or religious atheists, but for me, “everything is always good” is a wining thinking.
What I call God is the source of everything not just “desired” things. Not sometimes but all the time.
But the concept of God as the one who decides is incoherent.
That idea of God having emotions is a reflection of the social conditioning especially from religious culture.
As nature is morally neutral, The Source” is morally neutral.
I choose to think by useful convenience, that we are responsible for what we attract and also the way we feel and react to what we live.
Congruent with that conscious choice, God is the source of “good and evil”.
But if my relationship with source is favorable by the choice of my thoughts, beliefs, feelings, emotions and habits I may think God is all good.
Normal thinking would be that some events are bad, so they are punishments. That depends on the perspective.
There is no punishment if you don’t choose a victim perspective or moralistic judgments.
Yeah, I believe we attract painful events but not because we are bad, but because we are unaware of how we attract them.
Many survivors of the earthquake are going to outlive many others that are fortunate to live in countries where there are no earthquakes. Individuals are not condemned by the fate of many others.
In the end, many of our judgments are inaccurate because we can’t see the higher perspective. So we sadly resist.
I prefer not to argue with nature and I’ll do my best to have “a good relationship with God” every now and have a long lasting joyful youthful fulfilling human experience.
Well that’s a humorous ways to apply the principle that the higher the emotional experience, the more we are in vibrational resonance with our desires and in favorable conscious application of the law of attraction.
So the “more emotionally resilient we are” the more we attract desirable events.
The fundamental attitude we need is “loving what is”… ALL THAT IS.
If I spit upwards it is not God who wets my face. “God is The Source”  not The Judge.
